How to use:

1. Click Choose File and select your PDF.
2. Click Extract DOIs to extract all DOIs and links from the PDF.
3. Download the CSV of all DOIs and links, or click Download RIS to fetch and download RIS records for all DOIs.
4. Note: Downloading RIS may take a while for large lists due to rate limits.
